Sponsorship Applications.

Woodshed Percussion Concepts is currently accepting applications for Group Sponsorships and Event Sponsorships. We carefully select a small number of groups and events each year to sponsor.

Group Sponsorships.

To qualify for a Group Sponsorship, your organization must be a music-related non-profit. This includes (but is not limited to) high school/college marching bands, indoor drumlines, drum and bugle corps, competition pipe bands, and other unique performance and/or educational programs.

Sponsorships vary depending from group to group and from year to year. Group sponsorships may be eligible for a selection of discounted and/or donated products and/or services and merchandise. In some cases (at our discretion), discounted product may be allocated for resale exclusively to members for the exclusive benefit of the organization.

Sponsored groups are asked to promote Woodshed Percussion Concepts and our products and services publicly whenever possible, and may be asked to submit feedback on prototypes to help us develop new designs.

Event Sponsorships.

To qualify for an Event Sponsorship, your event must be a percussion-related event benefiting a non-profit organization (or a non-profit event organized by a for-profit company.) This includes (but is not limited to) state “Day of Percussion” events, clinics, concerts, competitions and group workshops.

Sponsorships vary depending from event to even and from year to year. Event sponsorships may be eligible for a selection of discounted and/or donated products (for raffles and/or prizes) and/or services and merchandise.

Sponsored organizations are asked to promote Woodshed Percussion Concepts and our products and services publicly whenever possible, and submit related press coverage and photos/video of the event.

What to Send:

To apply, please send us the following information:

Legal name and affiliation of the organization and/or event
Contact name and complete contact information of organizer/contact person
GROUPS: Upcoming event dates
EVENTS: Date(s) of desired event sponsorship, Special requests for involvement
Desired sponsorship or donation
Sponsorships obtained from other companies (include level of sponsorship)
Any other pertinent information you’d like us to know about (e.g., press coverage, projected attendance, etc.)
