PRODUCTS
All products, options and specials represented apply to the United States of America only and may vary in other countries throughout the world. All prices are listed in USD ($). WPC makes a warranty claim on all original products; please contact us directly for the latest warranty statement. All products not developed, manufactured by third parties may be warranted by their original manufacturer; we make no inherent claim of warranty for these products. We assume no liability for use of products represented on this Website.

ORDERS
All payments must be made in U.S. funds. WPC makes every reasonable effort to fulfill orders in a timely, correct and complete fashion, however WPC assumes no liability directly or indirectly related to late, incorrect or incomplete orders. WPC reserves the right to refuse to fulfill and/or accept payment for any order at any time for any reason without notice. WPC assumes no liability for orders placed through third party retailers, educators or other authorized dealers.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service (“USPS”) standard ground service (Parcel Post or First Class Mail); all international shipments are shipped via USPS standard air-mail. Other/faster shipping methods are available at the client’s request at an addition cost. All orders are shipped with a tracking number when possible. By request, we may ship orders via another carrier at the customer’s sole expense. We assume no liability for late, lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We hereby recommends that the customer purchase optional shipping insurance (at his sole expense) for the full value of the product(s) being shipped; we will not be held liable for late, lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All products are shipped F.O.B. Cleveland, OH 44125 USA.

RETURNS
Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled by calling or emailing us. Orders that have already been processed for shipping are subject to these Return guidelines. If the item you wish to return is not damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days after you receive the item. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and merchandise return instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition (undamaged and in our original packaging, if any) in order to receive credit (do not write the RA on the product or packaging). You will receive a credit within 30 business days after we receive the returned merchandise in the amount of the actual purchase price of the product less the original shipping cost. No returns are permitted on custom orders, open earplugs, books or software. Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs incurred. WPereserve the right to issue merchandise credit toward future purchases in lieu of monetary refunds, or to refuse a return at any time.

CONTESTS
WPC assumes no liability when holding contests and/or sweepstakes and attests that reasonable efforts have been made to insure the legality and accuracy of said events. By entering, all contestants agree to be bound by the specific Official Rules as stated on the date of entering. Each contest is open only to adult, legal residents of countries and/or states within the USA where said contest is not prohibited.

ENDORSERS
WPC assumes no liability for any action taken by anyone officially endorsing and/or claiming to endorse WPC, it’s products and/or services for any reason. WPC shall not be held liable for the name, likeness, or logo of artist(s), band(s) and/or entities associated with WPC endorsers and/or players and use does not imply direct endorsement or authorization of said third parties.

PRIVACY
Woodshed Percussion Concepts, Inc. will never sell, rent or give away your personal information to any third parties, and we will only use it as necessary for its intended use (delivery of our newsletter, or to process an order, for example) and to help us better understand our customers.

CHANGES
